Disclaimer
Important information about Workplace Case Leads and this website.
Draft pending California counsel review. This is not legal advice and is not a claim that we are CCPA- or SB 37-complete.
Please read this Disclaimer together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using this website or related services, you acknowledge the statements below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
Workplace Case Leads is a marketing and lead-generation company. We help California law firms obtain exclusive workers' compensation inquiries. This website is for law firms, not for injured workers seeking counsel. We operate this site, a firm portal, booking tools, and related campaign services.
Not a law firm, legal advice, or government services
Workplace Case Leads is not a law firm, not a certified California lawyer referral service, and not affiliated with the State Bar of California, any court, or any government agency. Nothing on this website is legal advice, an official government communication, or a substitute for consulting a qualified California-licensed attorney about a legal matter.
We do not analyze a consumer’s legal problem in order to select, rank, or recommend a lawyer. When a consumer inquiry is associated with a campaign, it is delivered to the law firm that ordered that campaign.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting a form, booking a call, creating a portal account, or reading this site does not create an attorney-client relationship—or any other professional relationship—with Workplace Case Leads. Communications with us are not legal advice and are not protected by attorney-client privilege. Any attorney-client relationship, if one is formed, is solely with the independent law firm that receives the inquiry.
No guaranteed results
Results described in marketing materials are not a guarantee or prediction of a consumer’s outcome or a firm’s results. Paying for leads or requesting a quote does not guarantee signed cases, recoveries, a response, or any particular volume of qualified inquiries. Past examples, statistics, and illustrations are for general information only.
Advertising and California SB 37
Consumer advertising for a specific firm must identify a responsible California-licensed attorney or firm and a bona fide California office location, and must follow SB 37 and related rules. Testimonials, if used, must include that results are not a guarantee or prediction of your outcome. Dramatizations and AI-generated likenesses must be disclosed where required. Firm customers execute a joint advertising agreement covering advertising content. Have counsel review campaigns before launch.
Not medical advice
Workplace Case Leads is not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider, health plan, or clearinghouse. We are a marketing company. Information about workplace injuries, medical benefits, occupational illness, or similar claim facts is used to deliver an inquiry to a law firm. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or protected health information that we process as a medical provider. For health questions, consult a qualified clinician.
Independent law firms and third parties
Law firms, lead generators, payment processors, and scheduling tools (including Cal.com and Stripe) are independent of Workplace Case Leads. We do not control how a firm evaluates, contacts, or represents a consumer after an inquiry is delivered. Their websites, professional duties, and policies apply when you deal with them.
