How workers comp lead generation works

Workplace Case Leads is a California workers' compensation lead generation company. We are not a law firm and we do not operate a certified lawyer referral service. Each campaign advertises for a named California firm under SB-37 joint advertising rules.

1. Step 1

   You sign up

   Share your workers' compensation coverage, counties, named California attorney, bona fide office location, and intake capacity. You execute a joint advertising agreement required under California SB 37.

2. Step 2

   We generate exclusive inquiries

   Campaigns are ordered for your firm. Consumers see your firm identity on advertising. Those inquiries are not sold to another office.

3. Step 3

   We screen, then deliver

   We look for working contact information, geography, practice-area fit, and whether the person already has counsel. Valid leads hit email and your portal. We can also help get them into your CRM.

4. Step 4

   You sign cases

   Your team evaluates the matter. Pause or scale volume as intake allows.
